The final conversation and heartbreaking last words shared by Ken Urker with his sister, Autumn, have come to light following his tragic passing. Urker, known as the on-again, off-again partner of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, was discovered dead inside his Louisiana home on Thursday, which would have marked his 34th birthday.

Heartbreaking Final Conversation

During a tearful TikTok Live broadcast, Autumn shared details about her last discussion with her brother ahead of the tragedy. She revealed that Urker's final words to her were simply, "I love you."

Autumn elaborated on their last interaction, noting that he had mentioned going home during their chat. According to Autumn, Urker had been emotional while attending church the previous evening, and plans had been made for him to have dinner or spend time with people the following day.

Discovery and Circumstances

Autumn stated that Urker was discovered by Gypsy Rose's brother, Dylan Blanchard, along with Dylan's wife and another woman who chose to remain anonymous. They reportedly went to check on him after arrangements were made for the day. Autumn stated to her followers that her brother did not pass away from natural causes, though specific medical details were not initially detailed in full by authorities.

Gypsy Rose also addressed the tragedy publicly on Thursday. She stated that Urker appeared to have suffered an overdose, suggesting it may or may not have been intentional following what she described as relentless cyberbullying. She noted that he was not in a positive place mentally at the time.

Relationship History

The connection between Urker and Gypsy Rose began in 2017 after he watched the documentary Mommy Dead and Dearest, which covered the abuse Gypsy Rose suffered from her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard, and her subsequent role in the crime. Urker wrote to her while she was serving a seven-year prison sentence for second-degree murder, and the two eventually became engaged while she was still behind bars.

By the time Gypsy Rose was released from prison in December 2023, the pair had split up, and she had married Ryan Scott Anderson. However, after her divorce from Anderson in 2024, Gypsy Rose and Urker reconnected. While she largely remained away from social media in subsequent periods, she spoke to the press in March 2025 about their relationship, mentioning that they were attending couples therapy to strengthen their bond and that she envisioned a lasting future together. Reports noted the pair were split up again at the time of his passing.
